Spray Booth with Water-Borne Paint System BY-6

This water base spray booth is equipped with water soluble device, and it is mainly used for water soluble paint painting. It can speed up the air flow in spray booth through water soluble wind mouth, which can dry up the painting quickly.
The air flow of this spray booth with water-borne system is from the top to the bottom. It is convenient and offers good working environment for workers. The balanced indoor temperature can make painting effects better.

Working process of Spray Booth with Water-Borne System

During painting, outside fresh air comes into the heating generators through pre-filter system, enters into the plenum, filtered by ceiling filter and enters into the booth. This process can bring clean, symmetrical and steady-going down airflow for spraying.
After painting, hot air goes form heating generators to plenum, enters room after filtered by ceiling filter and provides heat that is necessary for baking of car’s surface. In the meantime, its water-borne paint system starts working. The high speed air flow comes out from nozzles and speeds up drying. Afterwards, the air with little benzene will be released to the atmosphere after being filtered twice by the exhaust air filter.
